Church, chapel, synagogue, temple or other place of worship.
Craft shop and limited associated manufacturing activities as an accessory use.

Educational and/or vocational training facility.
Establishments for the installation, assembly and servicing of the following: Air conditioning, computers, electrical service, flooring, heating, interior decorating, painting, plumbing and ventilating with all materials stored entirely in buildings enclosed on all sides, or within such walls or fences, supplemented by planting, as may be prescribed by the city.
Establishments limited to the filling of prescriptions and sale of pharmaceutical and related medical supplies and equipment.
Farm equipment and machinery sales entirely enclosed on all sides, in connection with which there may be outdoor display of vehicles on the same lot as an incidental use.

Funeral chapel, excluding crematory.

Independent retail sales activities within existing buildings or as independent freestanding structures provided they do not exceed 20 percent of the total gross floor area of the principal office complex.

Laundry establishment with on-site facilities for dry cleaning and pressing (not to exceed a maximum of five machines).
Medical, dental office, and clinics without facilities for the overnight care of patients.

Private, parochial or religious school.
Professional office.
Professional personal service use similar to beauty parlors, barbershops.
Public use.
Retail sale of garden materials and supplies, hardware and building materials and supplies in an enclosed building, in connection with which there may be outdoor display as designated on an approved site plan.
Retail sales activities conducted entirely within an enclosed building with no outside display of food or any other goods or merchandise except plants and flower.
Retail sales activities similar to those listed in this subsection.

Mixed use structures: Multifamily residential dwelling units and permitted B-3 uses within the same structure, with no less than 90% of the first floor area of the structure being devoted to retail or office uses.
Motor vehicle and small engine repair of all types.
Motor vehicle sale or rental office with exterior display of vehicles offered for sale, lease, or rental with a minimum lot area of 20,000 square feet per independent sales or rental office.
Public dancehall.
Public utility use, buildings and structures greater than 55 feet in height
Sale of Christmas trees.
Sale of fireworks.
Semipublic use.
Theater.
Transient housing.
Wellness facility.
