Washington, D.C. repealed their sales tax holiday for 2009. It was originally approved for Aug. 1-9, 2009, but was rescinded in an effort to save money for the district. Should Washington, D.C. decide to approve a sales tax holiday for 2010, it will be updated at the District of Columbia's Office of Tax and Revenue web site.
